Our preserved and dried flowers also make beautiful keepsakes you can enjoy long after the wedding, and selected pieces are available for styling and hire.
We also offer private floral workshops for bridal showers and other special occasions. Every wedding and event is quoted individually, and you're welcome to pop into our Mt Albert store for a coffee and consultation. Get in touch ahead of your consultation and we'll have a coffee and scone waiting for you.
We take on limited wedding arrangements as these are often made to order and take time.

Caring for Your Florals

Preserved flowers are real flowers! So, unlike dried flowers, they require a little extra care to ensure they last.

Our premium preserved flowers have been carefully treated to help maintain shape, colour and texture long after they've been picked. Unlike fresh flowers, they don't need water, sunlight or regular maintenance. The easiest way to think about caring for them is to treat them a little like a newborn baby. They like a calm, dry spot, don't love direct sun, and definitely shouldn't be left hanging out in the bathroom.

Because preserved flowers are still natural botanicals, they can be delicate. Over time, some natural fading, movement or shedding may occur. This is completely normal and part of the charm of having real flowers in your home.

A few simple tips:

Keep them dry. Preserved flowers don't need water and should be kept away from moisture and humidity.
Avoid direct sunlight. Too much sun can cause colours to fade over time.
Don't leave them in the bathroom. Steam and humidity can change their form and appearance.
Keep them away from heat and air conditioning. Extreme temperatures and dry air can make flowers brittle.
Handle them gently. Some shedding and movement is natural, especially when arrangements are moved.
